Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Samyzen.com, operated by ATES MARKET (Individual Entrepreneur, France), and its customers for the online sale of wellness and massage products.
Article 2 – Prices
Prices are displayed in Euros (€), all taxes included (TTC). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; the price shown in the catalog on the day of the order is the only one applicable to the buyer.
Article 3 – Orders
Any order placed on our website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms before placing an order.
Article 4 – Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free worldwide on all orders. Estimated delivery time: 4 to 7 business days for Europe, and 5 to 10 business days for the rest of the world. We do our best to meet these estimated timeframes; delays caused by carriers or customs are beyond our control.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason and without penalty. To exercise this right, inform us by a clear statement (email to arezki.at@gmail.com).
Article 6 – Legal Guarantee of Conformity & Hidden Defects
All our products benefit from the following statutory guarantees under French law, independently of any commercial return policy:
- Legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code): 2 years from delivery.
- Guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
